Diary (Overview of Group Progress)
Durinig our first group meeting on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, we discussed viable projects. Some ideas that we came up with during our first group meeting were as follows: trebuchet', catapult, motorized elevator, phonograph, telescope, and a suspension bridge. To better organize our group, we then proceeded to elect group officers: Camil Boulos (Project Manager), Stephen Hogdah (Finacial Advisor, Steven Lazo (Documentation/ designs), Ryan Morris (Documentation), Brad Ham (Research, Marcus Coates (Research), Muhammad Ali (Research).


Meetings With Jeff
Monday, October 1, 2007, the first half of our group met with Jeff Sears. From 7:30pm untill 8:15pm, Camil Boulos, Ryan Morris, Marcus Coates, and Muhammad Ali, met with Jeff. He was able to comment and answer questions that we had concerning our design project, which was mostly outlined on our "Wiki" page. The second group met with Jeff from 8:15pm untill 9:00pm that same evening. The main issue that confronted our group was clarity, acording to Mr. Sears. Looking over our "Wiki" page, he sugessted that we denote a specific audience as to whom we would be presenting our project to. With this new information aquired, our group has decided to move onward with our project.
